About the Board Game - Computer Basics

The Computer Basics Board Game was created to make learning computer skills easy and fun. Quite often computers and other forms of technology can be very intimidating to some of us. The inspiration for the game came from trying to teach people computer skills and realizing two fundatmental things about the lessons. The first was that students weren't having fun. The 2nd was that students were not practicing the skills that were covered in the tutoring sessions. If only there was a fun way to practice these skills the student would be more likely to do their "homework". The solution to these two fundamental problems was - you guessed it - a board game.
